AFFINITY AND ITS IMPORTANCE

"The law of affinity" is important, apart from the truth, nothing can be said to be as important as to pursue the things and people we have an affinity with. It is literally impossible to enjoy some of the things or feelings some other people enjoy. Nature designs people differently in character, and will, and therefore one must pursue the people whom one was designed similarly to, if any lasting relationship is to endure, it is also important that our interests should be similar also to whomsoever we want to have any kind of lasting connection with. I suppose two people who once had an affinity at some point in their lives can grow apart due to changes in some aspects of their character. The following is a partly metaphorical example of repulsion and affinity at work in our lives; One persons gold, is another persons faeces.
One persons heaven, is another persons hell. A person who is attractive to one person, is repulsive to another, One persons joy, is another persons misery!
It is important to avoid the people one finds repulsive, but one can always be polite to them, and when your paths cross, and these repulsive situations occur with people it helps to act and show a "mask" or "persona" in the form of pleasantries and so on. The law of affinity in its purest, or complete sense, is the state that two individuals are in, in that they are never separate in the sense of a subjective feeling of perception, for instance, their perceptions are "one" and the affinity is complete or absolute between them.
